This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for things you buy from KK Digital Platforms Private Limited. This website itself does not sell anything or take payments.
1. Products
Each of our products has its own terms, including terms on subscriptions, cancellations and refunds, published on its own website. Those terms apply to anything you buy through that product.
- brieftolive: see the terms and policies at brieftolive.com.
2. Services
For services such as paid media and performance marketing, the fees, payment schedule, cancellation notice and any refunds are agreed in writing for each engagement (for example, in a proposal, statement of work, contract or email confirmation). The written agreement for your engagement always takes priority over this page.
Where the written agreement does not cover a point, the following applies:
- Cancelling: you may cancel by emailing us at hello@kkdigitalplatforms.com. Cancellation takes effect when we confirm receipt, or on any later date you name.
- Work already done: fees for work carried out up to the cancellation date, and any costs we have already committed to on your behalf with your approval, remain payable.
- Advance payments: if you have paid in advance for work that has not started by the cancellation date, we will refund that part, less any amounts covered by the point above.
- Advertising spend: money paid to advertising platforms such as Google or Meta is controlled by those platforms. We cannot refund it, and any refund or credit is subject to the platform’s own policies.
3. E-commerce
Our e-commerce business is still in development and is not selling anything yet. A refund, return and cancellation policy for it will be published before any sales begin.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email us at hello@kkdigitalplatforms.com with your name, the product or engagement concerned, the payment date and amount, and the reason for your request. We reply within two business days. If a refund is approved, we will make it to the original payment method where possible and tell you the expected timeline.
5. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, have exclusive jurisdiction. See our terms of use for more.
